At Maveilora Gems, every order is carefully checked, packed, and prepared with care before it is shipped. We want your crystal jewelry to arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, sales events, or high-order periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Origin

Our orders are carefully packed and shipped from our international fulfillment center in China. Each item is inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the package has been dispatched. International packages may sometimes take time to update while in transit or during customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to help.
